The 11th Annual DeLand Original Music Festival will take place on Saturday
Nov 5th from 1pm-1am. This monumental event features original music from
over 180 local and regional acts on 26 stages held through the historic
Downtown DeLand District. The festival is the largest ONE-DAY original
music festival in the South East. Downtown DeLand provides a perfect
backdrop to showcase these acts at one of the nations top award winning
historic downtown districts. The event is presented by the Songwriters
Showcases of America who also will conducting its 2011 SSA Music Awards
during the event. The festival features a wide array of musical styles
for all ages to enjoy consisting of Rock, Jazz, Blues, Country,
Bluegrass, Hip Hop, Electronica, Industrial, Folk, Christian Rock, Metal,
Ska and more, Other activities this year include a wide variety of street
vendors and artist as well as a community drum circle. Discounted
